knuckle bolstering

Mike, Ajay,
While picking up more lacing needles at my local leather shop (like a
Tandy), I discovered the cool lacing materials they have. Rough on one
side, slick on the other, and available in different widths and
thicknesses. I have used them for bolstering on a few instruments and found
them to be a lot easier to work with than anything (yarn or bushing cloth)
I've used before. Seem to be holding up well, so far. Much cheaper than
bushing cloth, also.

Enjoy,
Guy
