Mike, Ajay, While picking up more lacing needles at my local leather shop (like a Tandy), I discovered the cool lacing materials they have. Rough on one side, slick on the other, and available in different widths and thicknesses. I have used them for bolstering on a few instruments and found them to be a lot easier to work with than anything (yarn or bushing cloth) I've used before. Seem to be holding up well, so far.
