---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment List I am writing on behalf of a fellow technician who is not subscribed to the list. I will forward all responses to him. He is rebuilding a Steinway Model 100, which is a medium sized vertical. This piano has billings flanges on the hammer butts and no one seems to have replacement butts. He's tried all the usual sources:Schaff, Steinway, Pianotech, Wally Brooks, and maybe some others I don't know about. I assume that butts with billings flanges that ARE available from the supply houses are NOT compatible. Can anyone give some advice on where to find replacement parts for this piano?
