I don't know what kind of email program you are using, but you should be
able to edit the account properties and uncheck the box that says "Leave
messages on the server." Or there usually is one you can check that says,
"Delete from server when emptying the Deleted folder."

Do you realize that not only do we have to delete the messages but also have
to go to our provider and delete again and again.  If too many deletes
accumalate then  we are shut down temporarily.  What do these OTmessages
have to do with the piano list?  We have lost some top techs due to the
absurdities posted.
