I know of only one incident and it didn't happen to me. The short =
version is: someone had loosened a nose bolt nut on an olde European =
Grand. The tech, that this happened to, is highly regarded throughout =
the industry. It took us a while to figure out why the plate broke. Once =
the reason was figured, the plate was welded and all is well.
