 brittle and they don't fall apart like we'd like them to.  Then=

Are you sure they are not brittle.  Usually you can break them=
 easily with a pair of pliers.

Dear List,
I am replacing all the plastic drop action elbows on a Winter=
 spinet.  I have 40 elbows which are not brittle and have to be=
 removed in some way other than breaking them off.  Is there an=
 easier way to do this other than removing the whippens and=
 pushing out each center pin?
