Replacing plastic elbows

Get a small pair of end nippers and grind them down to a width which will 
fit into the wippen slot. <jpg attached>
For the ones which have not broken, side cutters will nip off the bulk and 
then the narrow end nippers will remove
the rest.  Do all of them, otherwise it'll cost more in the long run to 
spot replace; not to mention the aggravation.

Grip the sticker with Vise-Grips at the end of the old elbow and nip off 
the plastic with cutters. Screw on the new
plastic elbow to the Vise-Grips and clip the elbow in place.  It should 
take no more than 1.5 hrs.
