Hi joe,

What do you call the heavy wire tool?
When I want to lift a short section of keys to insert some split =
punchings, I use an upright hammer shank (or another piece of wood, not =
too long) , so that the keys that must remain in an up position can be =
blocked with the shank.

Then, after I inserted the punchings I remove the hammer shank, and I =
check my levelling.

I had understood that your tool wasn't intended for touch up keyboard =
regulation.
What do you call a "spacer"?
I've seen your voicing tray on your website but i couldn't figure out =
what it is on the picture.

Quentin
