Ron,

That´s because i developped the Software with Microsoft´s Visual Studio 7
and that requires the net framework. The net framework is part of windows
from XP upwards and is the future platform for all Microsoft based Software.

Prior XP windows versions need a separate (free) install of the net
framework.

you can download a copy of the net framework at microsoft or on my homepage
at:
http://www.piano-stopper.de/dl/dotnetfx.exe
