I think it's important to factor into the cost the follow up tunings
that will be required.  I usually figure 5-6 hours for installation plus
three additional service calls to tune, so I bill 8-9 hours of labor
plus parts.  
I schedule the first tuning after 2 weeks, the second after another 4
weeks and the third after another 8 weeks.  The next one will be time to
tune the whole piano.
