Sealing Pinblocks

At that time the overspray in the holes were not considered a problem. 
Probably not much lacquer really got down into the hole anyway.  Now, I 
think I would completely finish the block in lacquer before the holes were 
drilled. and I MEAN TOP AND BOTTOM.
