Advice sought on replacing Lester "Betsy Ross " plasticdamperflanges.

Greetings,
I agree with Alan's latter remark about replacing with wooden flanges. I 
have had a similar situation where the client was truly sincere about 
keeping their spinet working. Nice people deserve the extra attention I 
feel. You don't want to under bid this as it involves shop bench time and 
follow-up service. It's not a big ordeal and you'll know that the 
replacements will last and the client is happy. Begin word of mouth 
advertising now.
