much for your insights.  I also think about the design and construction =
of the pianos I work on, but the time demands of working for an employer =
don't allow me to do the projects and research that are needed to =
formulate knowledge and definitive results.
    I agree that the change process must go on, and I applaud the =
efforts of those of you who are on the cutting edge of that process.  I =
will eventually be rebuilding full time, and I have had good success at =
the normal things, so far, but want to move on to soundboards, as I have =
the opportunity.  Thanks for your knowledge, and the willingness to =
share it for the betterment for all of us wannabe's!
