Hi Folks

I've seen them like this for at least a couple 2 - 3 years here.  Looks 
very intentional to me.  Never could figure out what the point was, 
specially since they give lectures about using longs to run through 
several flanges at a time when pinning.  One could think indexing... but 
what would be the point ?

Strange. The can indeed take a bit out of the bushing you push them 
through if you are repinning.  Not so good.
