Hello Robert
IF the strings are rusting on that S&S "M" and you're going to restring =
it - go the whole hog and replace the lot. There's not a frantic =
increase in the cost to the client and it will look so - much - =
better.... Not only that, you can rest assured that the new bass =
covereds aren't likely to break in the near future - unlike those =
recycled ones. Anyway the bass strings are usually the first to be =
replaced because they degrade so much more than the metals.
