Jack, I haven't raised my service call (tuning) rates for at least two =
years. What did the KC class teach you that motivated you to consider =
otherwise?

  this subject.  Don't hold back!!

     My rate in the Dallas area is $ 125.00 including=20
  trip charge plus tax.=20

     I usually increase my rates every Oct.  However=20
  after my class in K.C.  I may not wait until October.

     I was once a  "pricing  coward",  however I made
  a full recovery.
