Bounced check

Skip the phone calls. This happens so rarely that I barely have a  
procedure. My bank sends a notice of the bounce and the check itself.  
I make a copy of the notice and check and mail it to the customer. I  
add in an amount to cover the extra charges from my bank, and ask the  
customer to please replace the check. They are likely to do so, in my  
experience.

If they don't, they aren't someone you should have been working for.  
Forget it.
