Yes... I knew that. If you scroll down, it has his 1996 phone numbers, etc. 
 
I have cleaned a number of smoke-damaged pianos, usually teamed up with a restoration company. I wish there was more info for techs, especially products that work well, as opposed to those that don't. The *surgical glove* tip is a good one. 
 
I suppose "don't wear white pants that day" would be another. :-)
