String breakage in Seiler pianos

Barbara,
This is a common problem(s).<G> In this situation you should have =
evaluated the scale, or at least the affected areas, to find out if =
there was/is, in fact, a scaling problem. Since the advent of 'puters =
this is a fairly simple process: Get a scaling program. Get appropriate =
measuring measuring devices and have at it. Because you can carry a =
computer to the clients home, it makes all the sense in the world to =
pinpoint the problem at the time of breakage, etc. I'll be teaching a =
class on this very subject, in K.C., (Scale Evaluation, In The Home). =
