After 24yrs of aural tuning, I recently started trying out the RCT. I'm back to all aural because it's actually faster for me. (I only used RCT to get a quick 10-12 note temperament, which I would usually tweak anyway.) By the time I had measured a piano, I could have 3-4 notes of the temp already done by ear. But, I could still keep the iPAQ if I wanted to use RCT again. You're right, no machine does everything, but this is pretty close.
