tuning tips

Yes, Ken, I read it and it's all "old news" This variation in standards has
been around ever since the original hand forged tuning pins by Clementi.
Nothing has changed. This is why I have eight tuning tips in my regular kit.
Wait! It' not only tuning pins though - it's some piano manufacturers who
place the pins in the web so close together that only a special thin-wall
tip will work. I only have one thin-wall - if, because of irregularities in
the pin in that web, my thin-wall doesn't fit I'm up the creek.
There are so many variations!
Who spotted the spelling mistake in that blurb?
