Hey Ed
   Any body know any one who's done this?  actually I think the market is 
changing in small amounts with limited consumers  but hey all high end consumers 
are well.... limited

there is something sentimental  involved in a very wealthy persons piano, and 
cost is no object,  I  think I would just send it to Andre and let him do it!
