Okay, I'll give you that. I read the "always" and came up with the =
Winter spinet thing. But you are correct, that there is the implication =
that David was referring to use of the SAT III only in a PTG tuning exam =
situation - and yes, the test would be done on a piano with a much less =
compromised string scale than a Winter spinet. My goof.
