Accurate cutting strips of cloth for D

A sharp eye and a very sharp knife. There's cutting edge technology for you! 
Long time ago at college we spent the first week in the workshops just 
learning to sharpen blades. I've never found the rotary cutters sharp enough 
even when new; much prefer a knife.
