Hi David, If you knew Mitch well, you'd know that he will give you his honest opinion, or none at all. Mitch has had some criticism of our early CyberHammers and all his suggestions have been implemented to improve the current models. Mitch doesn't sell our impact hammer btw, although he has the latest model for giving me feedback.
