This is the second try on this one, too! grrr!
Made out of a scrap piece of P.B. Material. It has increments on the =
side and lines on the top, (corresponding to the side). A Center pin and =
a rounded notch for your finger. The trick is to JUST lay the tape on =
the jig, i.e. don't stretch it. use a single edged razor blade or any =
other cutting tool of your choice. The jig is held by a vise, so you can =
have both hands free to do the insert/hold/cut.
