Made out of a scrap piece of P.B. Material. It has increments on the side and lines on the top, (corresponding to the side). A Center pin and a rounded notch for your finger. The trick is to JUST lay the tape on the jig, i.e. don't stretch it. use a single edged razor blade or any other cutting tool of your choice. The jig is held by a vise, so you can have both hands free to do the insert/hold/cut. Joe Garrett, R.P.T.
