Thanks, Tom.  I've re-read it.  These flanges do not have the butt =
plates, so I guess I'll be removing the whole hammer assembly to do the =
work.  Dang.  I'll remove half of them at a time (every other one to aid =
in alignment) to help speed up the process.  Any idea on how long this =
should take?
