I have been flakked for using =93Impact Adhesive=94 glue from =93= Bostik=94 (google that) for attaching new key tops. The =93up side=94 is tha= t you apply a thin coat to both sides for gluing, wait until =93touch d= ry=94 and then press them together. You only have one chance at this, s= o alignment has to be accurate first time. This stuff is used to attach= formica to a substrate in caravans and kitchen work surfaces.
