---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Be prepared to sell a pitch-correction, a full regulation and voicing...Sounds like this one will be fully un-prepped. Explain how new piano wire stretches rapidly and how tuning stability is a function of the number of tunings a new piano gets. They can keep it in good tune by tuning more frequently at first or they can deal with instability for a few years. I'm not sure if this model has the slow close hinges on the fall-board. They're not RPT proof ;-) Check for packing in the trap-work. Most likely there is a strip of wood tied over the hammers or styrofoam loose over the hammers. Watch out for a capstan on the hammer rail wound up into the pin-block. I don't know if Yamaha is doing this too. Above all, have fun.
