post pitch-raise creep?

Post pitch correction creep?  I experience it all the time on Boston 
uprights.  If the tuning pins are thinly disguised springs, overpull less!

I've also encountered it on other pianos in certain sections where I 
suspect there was something structural going on, particularly in 
larger pitch corrections.
