1890s WNG Action Geometry

I think ya got me on that point Gordon! Seems I'm a bit confused with an M&H 
action I have also been working on. I think WN&G is pretty good about 
stamping the action brackets on their actions, and these have nothing. So 
very likely you are correct. Thanks.
