1890s WNG Action Geometry

So why not just several blocks with a round surface (half round)..different heights...don't see why it has to be a capstan?   A little double stick tape on the bottom...?

Yeah, I've got a couple of those also, but the darn capstan needs to move downward sooooo close to the key, there is not enough height to use one of them. Good idea though.
