Dave,

 For the rare customer that asks, I accept their C.Card through PayPal. 
So far the money has always been there by the time I get home. They use 
my E-mail address on the invoice and send the payment there. It will 
cost you 2.9% of the fee you charge plus 30 cents. I suppose you could 
increase the fee to cover it but I have yet to do that.
