I believe she had the same one I use.  It was designed by Jim Ellis and is
made and sold by Paul Janssen & Son.  I believe they still sell them.  It is
a great tool.

Eugenia Carter (the lovely - I think of her) used a wonderful folding 
table/cart/action-table that was the height of the keybed so you could just 
slide the action out of the piano onto the cart - no lifting. Then you could

wheel it around, etc. I'm not sure where she got it - Pianotek? It was 
wooden and very well made.
