Fall Board Slow Close Retrofit

If you haven't already, try increasing the tension of the holding spring by
overflexing it somewhat, in the manner of wip springs. I had a customer
with a Chinese Steck grand that kept falling on my hands while tuning.
Tensioning the spring made all the difference; it is now very secure.
