I've seen some of those trolleys at:

Piano Showcase: www.vandaking.com are also located in Toronto, Ontario.

Affleck: www.affleckpianotuning.com (I ordered a cuple of tools from them
once, very good service. If I remember correctly they are somewhere in
Canada).

Both show the prices in their website, and sell to the "general public"
aswell.
