You need a Petzl Zipka!  It's a little LED flashlight that has a retractable headband.  You wear it on your forehead, and wherever you turn your head to look, the light is right there!  Works great in dark theaters, etc.  I love mine.

HEY!! I must be the guy! I used both hands already this morning!! The 
recital hall was really dark, I don't have access to the switches and my 
laptop doesn't shed enough light where I need it.

So... I did some training for when I go blind, feeling along the strings to 
the right pin.
