NEWOCTAVE GLOBAL Tuning hammers....

Any two items are comparable in the literal sense of the word.  Even apples and oranges are comparable despite the old adage.   These NEWOCTAVE GLOBAL Tuning Hammers may compare unfavorably to a Hale, yet they are certainly comparable.

  Ed & Tom... Thanks for the advise. The handles are supposedly nylon, but the description also says they're comparable to Hale. So that means the handle is NOT nylon, by deductive reasoning!!

  To answer your question, no.  But I did notice that the handles on these tuning levers are plastic.  That makes it less of a bargain.  How much does a plastic-handled lever cost from Schaff or Pianotek?  Not that much more, I would wager.
