No, sorry. I live just outside Louisville, KY. =

To answer other questions too - I have not enrolled in any tuning traini=
ng. I would like to learn as much as possible on my own initially. I h=
ave been in contact with a tuner/tech friend who has been guiding me thu=
s far but we are not in the same area. He recommended this list.
I would appreciate any advice regarding tools, etc.
BTW, I believe fluorescent lights give off a faint Bb hum but I think as=
a beginner I will try to stick to a more reliable source for a tuning p=
itch.
Thanks,
Bert

Hello,
I have been lurking on this list for a while with the plans to start a t=
uning business eventually. I would like recommendations on tools for a =
beginning tuner/tech. I recently bought a piano to practice on and now =
I need some tools so that I can really cause some damage!
I would appreciate advice whether I should buy student type tools to beg=
in with or if this is a waste of money and I should get professional sty=
le tools from the beginning.
Sincerely,
Bert Lumetta (prospective tuner/tech)
