Yeah, Ward's pretty good.

He was my technician when I lived in Bozeman, MT, so I had the luxury of
watching him in my home.  He is also the one responsible for getting me into
this business.  Good guy, all around.  One lesson that is quickly retained
from his tuning is "no wasted time, no wasted movement."
