Hi all: Thanks to all who responded with comments and advice about my elbow and shoulder pain. I'm going to see a physical therapist soon and probably get some deep massage. Am going to practice with my left arm, and likely try an impact hammer. I hope I have a bionic left arm that I dont yet know about :) Thanks again.
