teflon powder

Greetings,
   
         What is this stuff in the Schaff caalog called "Puff dry lube" ?  
Sounds whimpy. I see there is teflon powder sold there too on the same page. But 
the catalog doesnt indicate that teflon is in the "puff-n-stuff" stuff. 

Is this Puff stuff any good? Has anyone tried it.
