Concert Tuning & Prep Sequence

Indeed.
They asked me and I told them this is what they needed to have this 
piano prepped for a concert and it would cost this much or more 
depending if any repairs would be needed.  Figure circa four hours 
for that sequence and look at the action and hammers before figuring 
your time and then bidding.
