Any website that plays tones through your computer is using your computer's sound card to generate the exact pitch.  The pitch does not come from the web server.  It comes from the crystal oscillator in your sound card.  If you used such a source for calibration then that calibration would only be as good as your sound card was to begin with.  So you cannot depend on the pitch of anything you get online to do a calibration.

But even from Norway you can still call the NIST in Colorado for not too much money and get a very precise calibration in less than two minutes.
