Sticking Damper in Young Chang GS-150

Hi Marc,
                Simple answer is yes.   If you are unskilled at working  on 
grand dampers, I would suggest you get a mentor to help you with some hands 
on training.   I have run across far too many badly done damper jobs to 
give a short description via email.
