Hi Terry I built a router table right on my table saw extension using 2 pieces of ¾ in MDF Glued together and reinforced with an angle iron stiffener, but over the last couple of years it has developed slight sag. Its not bad, but Im thinking of making a new table using torsion box construction Ala David Markss Woodworks. For a T-track I used the large size from Woodpeckers Inc http://www.woodpeck.com/tmiterchannel.html Bill Costanzo _____ From: pianotech-bounces at ptg.org [mailto:pianotech-bounces at ptg.org] On Behalf Of Farrell Sent: Wednesday, May 17, 2006 7:49 AM To: pianotech at ptg.org Subject: Router Table Modifications I have a new router table that I need to make larger. I am debating between using plywood or MDF for the extensions. I also need to install T-Tracks for the first time. Anyone with experience with these router table modifications have any experience to share? Thanks.
