Stupid newbee!!! Stupid! Stupid!I don't know, why I said epoxy, as any time I have used plugs, I used glue. :-(

  Someone mentioned setting the plug in with epoxy, so it bears pointing out that the tight fit suggested below would be for a glue joint. If you are using epoxy (like West System - I usually use it unthickened), you want to make the hole slightly larger than the plug.

    I'd make that a 31/64" hole for the 32/64 (1/2") plug,
    metric would be so much easier.
