looks like a Lock-n-Stitch repair (www.locknstitch.com)
  
  go to their web site and get contact info. They might have somebody in Japan who can do the work (for $$$$).
  
  Possible to do the work yourself for merely $$ (parts are expensive, you need specific stuff before you can set one pin).
  
  Check the age of the piano. Could this be a warrenty item?
  
  Don't even think of welding.
