happen on every key - would this necessarily change your assessment?   

Well, you might take a look at the lead in the keys that do bounce and see if 
perhaps they are overly loaded??
Then check all the pinning on that particular key, as well as the balance 
rail hole.  Look for whatever else is different about the bouncing keys, since 
changes usually come in pairs.
