Very well put in my mind.
I have not been around this business for a long time, but it really is a
service business isn't it.  
Sometimes it just isn't about being ' right ' but about doing what the
customer likes and wants.  Trying to educate the customer, but in the end
giving them what they want and like ( within reasonable limits  ).
